Reservation
Q. I would like a higher floor of my room.
A. Please contact us at the time of booking, or write "request for a high-rise" in the case of Internet booking. Please note that depending on the reservation status, we may not be able to meet your request.
Services & Hotel facilities
Q. Is there a curfew?
A. There is no curfew; there is a 24-hour staff waiting at the front desk on the 7th floor. However, for security reasons, the automatic door of the hotel entrance on the first floor will be locked from 24:00 to 06:00. Please press the intercom or use your guestroom card key to open the door.
Q. Do you have a package delivery service?
A. Yes, we accept packages at the front desk for domestic delivery only. We also deal with packing materials for your luggage, please feel free to ask us.
Parking lot
Q. Do you have a parking lot?
A. We have a partner parking lot available. 1,200 yen per night (from 3pm to 11am). We will show you the parking lot in turn when you arrive.
Luggage
Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A. Yes, we will take care of it. If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, please feel free to ask us until or after check-in.
